At COACH ROMO, we long for something better — 

a world where all truly belong, 

where all gifts contribute, 

and where cruelty has no place.

this space is being rebuilt with you in mind.

One where belonging isn't determined by popularity 

or those in power.

Where the quality of our character 

is determined by the depth of our being 

and our capacity to hold space for another.

Where lives of meaning replace lives of production.

Where quiet speaks.

Where all noise can cease.

And where the clarity of the soul

Where we learn how to listen

for the call in each of us

to show up for

ALL of us.

This kind of belonging isn’t just a hope for us, 

it’s something we’re actively working to create, 

in real time.

We’re redesigning COACH ROMO to reflect where we’re headed, 

the kind of world we plan to build together, 

and the space where each of us has the opportunity 

to grow stronger from within—honoring our own truths 

while living into all we can be.

It may take a little time — but we think it’s worth doing right.
