Our Collective Mission at COACH ROMO

The COACH ROMO Mission
COACH ROMO seeks to grow a world uplifted and whole presence-expanded by honoring and nurturing every soul's sovereignty and unique purpose, gifts, and talents.
It is through honoring the unique gifts within our inherent differences that show us the ways to bring more love, understanding, attunement, opportunity, creativity, presence and much needed solutions to the collective whole.
We believe this matters.
I believe this matters.
To do this, all expansive and outside-the-center-of-the-bell-curve humans need a place to come together to learn how to understand and nurture our nature and know there are others who also want a world that includes them. The old model left us fractioned in our own camps of specialization or difference, and while we may have received a sense of safety and being known (those expereinces still matter btw!), it also left us more distant from and unknown by others in other fractioned camps. This isolation increases feelings of vulnerability and threat - and also increases our ability to become easy to pick-off targets or to be pitted against each other. It leaves us unaware of all others who also want a world full of belonging for every one of our differences and deprives us of real belonging - one that doesn't demand sameness to be fully known.
We need each other.
And the larger whole needs us.
You see, we believe that it is the expanders in society, those who carry a vision for a world where all belong, and those of us outside of the status quo who know the struggle of not fitting in, who carry the keys to unlock unbridled potential for all of humanity.
And we aren't messing around here. We are in this for a BIG reason.
We seek to end human cruelty. We seek to inspire and work toward a just world where domination, marginalization, coercion, and manipulation have NO place.
Yes, we are aiming that big.
These are high-minded mission statements, no doubt. But they are the blood in the veins of COACH ROMO and informs everything I do and what we do here at COACH ROMO. It is what wakes us up every day excited to be here.
We can't do it alone.
And, if you imagine such a world with us, we hope you will join us.
